Fairway Cheeseburger Meatballs
- 1 lb. Chophouse ground beef
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded American cheese or cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. Fairway Burger Sauce
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. Fairway Steak Salt
- Sesame Seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400º.
- Add all the ingredients except sesame seeds to a large bowl and mix together.
- Roll into meatballs roughly the size of a golf ball.
- Place the meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Serve with Fairway Burger Sauce.
