- 1-32 oz bag of tater tots
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar
- Steak Salt to taste
Recommended Toppings
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Bacon bits
- Dill relish
- Shredded lettuce
- Burger sauce (Kinder's The Burger Sauce)
- 2 Green onions, sliced
1. Prepare tater tots to packaged directions on a baking sheet an remove from oven but leave the tater tots on the same baking pan. Do not turn off the oven.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, season beef with Steak Salt and cook beef until browned. Drain off any fat & remove from the heat.
3. Scatter the tater tots with the ground beef and cheddar cheese. Place back into the oven until cheese has melted, about 5-10 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and top with your desired amount of toppings and finish with burger sauce.
