Cranberry Compound Butter

  • 1/2 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 3 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 Tbsp ground mustard or Dijon mustard
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Steak Salt

 

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spoon about 1 tablespoon on top of your favorite steak and enjoy!
