Cranberry-Orange Glazed Ham Step-by-Step
- 14 oz Cranberry Sauce
- 2/3 cup Orange Marmalade
- ¼ cup Orange Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoon Detroit Smoke BBQ Rub
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Unbox ham, prepare a roasting pan with a wire rack.
- Add 1 ½ cup of water to pan, add ham and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.
- Meanwhile prepare the glaze. Combine the glaze ingredients in a small saucepan over medium to medium low heat and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat & set aside.
- Remove ham from oven and raise heat to 400 degrees. Apply glaze & roast uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes or until caramelized.
- Remove from oven, slice & serve.
