- 1 bunch Italian parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup to ½ cup walnut oil
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 apple, minced
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp Steak Salt
- 1 tsp minced sage leaves
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- ¼ - ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- Finely chop the parsley, garlic and sage (or use a blender or food processor and pulse several times.) Transfer to a medium bowl.
- Next stir in the remaining ingredient. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready ready to use.
