Ingredients
- 1 pkg Fairway Smash Burgers
- 6 slices bacon, cooked
- 6 slices of pepper jack
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 jalapenos, thinly sliced
- 3 brioche burger buns
- cream cheese
- Fairway Steak Salt
Instructions
- Preheat griddle to medium high to high heat.
- Season smash burger patties with Steak Salt. Place patties on the preheated griddle. Top patties with onions & jalapenos.
- Using a burger press or a stiff spatula give the patties a press. To prevent sticking use parchment paper before smashing. Once the burger is smashed wait a few seconds before flipping.
- Next top with pepper jack cheese. Once melted, double stack and place on burger bun. Top each burger with 2 slices of bacon, add cream cheese on the inside of the top bun and serve hot.
