Ingredients
- 1 pkg Fairway Smash Burgers
- 6 slices of pepper jack
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- sliced pepperoncini
- 3 brioche burger buns
- Fairway Steak Salt
Pepperoncini Special Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced pepperoncini's
- 2 teaspoons pepperoncini brine
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Dash cayenne
- Steak Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat griddle to medium high to high heat.
- Season smash burger patties with Steak Salt. Place patties on the preheated griddle. Top patties with onions & sliced pepperoncini.
- Using a burger press or a stiff spatula give the patties a press. To prevent sticking use parchment paper before smashing. Once the burger is smashed wait a few seconds before flipping.
- Next top with pepper jack cheese. Once melted, double stack and place on burger bun. Top with burger sauce and serve hot.
