The Chopped Italian Sandwich

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Jacobsen Italian Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 package (3oz) prosciutto
  • 1 package (2.5oz) Fra'mani Salami Toscano
  • 1 package (2.5oz) Fra'mani Uncured Pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini, chopped
  • 6 quartered marinated artichoke hearts
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 roasted red bell pepper

 

  1. Using a sharp knife chop all of the ingredients into small pieces and place into a large bowl. 
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients. Next combine the dressing with the chopped salad and toss to coat well. 
  3. Spoon the Italian chopped into the sub rolls and serve.
