Dressing
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Jacobsen Italian Seasoning
Ingredients
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1 package (3oz) prosciutto
- 1 package (2.5oz) Fra'mani Salami Toscano
- 1 package (2.5oz) Fra'mani Uncured Pepperoni
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini, chopped
- 6 quartered marinated artichoke hearts
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 roasted red bell pepper
- Using a sharp knife chop all of the ingredients into small pieces and place into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients. Next combine the dressing with the chopped salad and toss to coat well.
- Spoon the Italian chopped into the sub rolls and serve.
