Sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup Truff Hot Sauce or truffle hot sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Mikes Hot Honey
Meatballs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. Steak Salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Put all the meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix. Form into meatballs, about the size of golf balls and set them so they do not touch on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine all of the sauce ingredients. Remove from heat once better has melted and everything is well combined.
4. Transfer cooked meatballs to a large bowl and pour the Truffalo Sauce on them. Toss to coat, crumble with additional blue cheese and serve with celery sticks and a side of blue cheese dressing or ranch.
