Wagyu Hot Dog Burnt Ends

  • 1- 1 lb. (5 pcs) pkg Wagyu Hot Dogs
  • 1-2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Detroit Smoke BBQ Rub 
  • 3 Tbsp. salted butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Hot Truffle Honey
  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Crosshatch the top of the hot dogs, rub with mustard on all sides and sprinkle with BBQ rub.

Bake for 30 minutes and remove from oven.  Increase oven to 375 degrees. 

Meanwhile, slice each hot dog into 6 equal pieces. In a small bowl mix together the butter, BBQ sauce & Hot Truffle Honey. Toss the hot dogs in the BBQ mixture and return to oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
